Online hoarding and clutter support, wherever you are in Australia

Practical support by video for homes from Level II to Level V. You sort, we guide, one zone at a time. Start with a free 30-minute discovery call.

Why online works

  • You stay in control of your home and your things
  • No stranger in the house, which many people find easier
  • Short weekly sessions are easier to keep up than a long day
  • Family can join from anywhere, if you want them there
  • No waiting for a local service to have capacity

What a session looks like

60 minutes on video, with your phone propped up or carried as you move. We agree on one zone, work through it together, and help when a decision gets stuck. Afterwards, you get written next steps by email.

What you need

  • A phone or tablet with a camera
  • Mobile data or wi-fi, and a charger
  • A video link we send by email. No app to install

Support in your state or territory

Sessions are the same everywhere. Each page covers what’s different where you live: time zone, tenancy help, mental health lines, and how councils respond to hoarding and squalor.

Common questions

Does online support really work for hoarding?

For many people, yes. The person sorts while we guide by video, help with stuck decisions and keep the session moving. Short, regular sessions build momentum that lasts. If the home needs hands-on help or specialist trades first, we’ll say so.

Can I get online support anywhere in Australia?

Yes. Online sessions are available in every state and territory, including regional and remote areas with a phone signal or internet.

How much does online support cost?

A single 60-minute session is $165. A pack of four is $580. The first step, a 30-minute discovery call, is free.

Can I arrange online support for my parent?

Yes. Family members often arrange and pay for sessions. The person whose home it is needs to know about the support and agree to it.
