Booking terms in plain English

Is the discovery call really free?: Yes. 30 minutes by video, with no obligation to go ahead.
When do I pay?: After the discovery call, if you decide to go ahead. We email a personal link to pay online by card, before the first session.
Can I change the time?: Yes, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted as used.
How long does the pack last?: Use your four sessions within 6 months of buying them.
Is GST included?: Prices shown are the total you pay. There are no extra fees for virtual sessions.
Can I get a refund?: Unused sessions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Do you accept NDIS or aged-care funding?: Not at the moment. All sessions are private and paid by the person or their family.
