Booking terms

These terms apply to sessions booked with 1800 DECLUTTER (ABN 00 000 000 000). Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The service

We provide practical decluttering support by video and, in selected areas, in person. We are not counsellors, clinicians, cleaners, pest controllers or removalists.

Payment

Sessions are paid in full when booked. A time is confirmed by phone after payment. Four-session packs must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Changes and cancellations

• Reschedule free with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• With less notice, or if no one joins the session, it may be counted as used.
• Unused sessions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• If we cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund for that session.

Consent and safety

The person whose home it is must know about and agree to every session. We may pause or end a session if anyone’s safety is at risk, or if the home needs other services before sorting can continue safely.
